What deposit do I need?

Once you have signed the Sale and Purchase Agreement and gone unconditional, a 10% deposit is generally required, with the remainder due once the home is completed.

What is the process for buying a home?

Choose your preferred home, sign a Sale and Purchase Agreement, pay the deposit, then wait for construction, title, and settlement to be completed. We'll keep you updated the whole way through the process so there are no surprises.

Are Neilston homes eligible for KiwiSaver and the First Home Grant?

Most of our homes fall within the price caps for the First Home Grant and qualify for the KiwiSaver first-home withdrawal. We can confirm eligibility for any specific home on request.

How long does a build take?

Typical build timeframes are 6–12 months depending on the development. Each home page lists an estimated completion date, and we send monthly photo updates throughout the build.

Can I customise finishes or layouts?

Layouts are fixed, but depending on the build stage there may be options to choose between selected finish palettes. Talk to the team to find out what's still available on your home.
