I can easily tick all the boxes above, my wife and I purchased two properties as investments and I can honestly say it was a seamless, pleasant experience. At the end of the building process we were presented with two beautiful brand new townhouses. Gerard, Sara and Matt were brilliant to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. The homes are built to a far higher standard than my own private residence, but we are pleased that some deserving tenant will at least enjoy them. We were kept informed the whole time and the new builds were completed well before the stated time.
