I can easily tick all the boxes above, my wife and I purchased two properties as investments and I can honestly say it was a seamless, pleasant experience. At the end of the building process we were presented with two beautiful brand new townhouses. Gerard, Sara and Matt were brilliant to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. The homes are built to a far higher standard than my own private residence, but we are pleased that some deserving tenant will at least enjoy them.
